Visitor Revealed, operated by Blue Horse Management LLC, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, and we stand by the quality of our services. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Refunds must be requested within the 14-day window and are processed manually, per Section 4.

2. Eligibility for Refund
• Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
• Refunds will only be issued for the initial subscription payment. Subsequent payments for recurring plans are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued unconditionally upon request within the 14-day period, without the requirement to provide a reason or resolve issues first.
• Refunds are not available for additional services, custom add-ons, set-up fees, or any customization services performed after purchase.

3. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe and will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days but may take longer to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
• Refunds will only be issued in the original currency of the transaction.

4. Refund Policy for Cryptocurrency Payments
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Lifetime Deal purchases, including those made with cryptocurrency, subject to the following conditions:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction.
• The customer must provide the original wallet address and transaction ID (TXN hash) used to complete the payment.
• Refunds are processed manually and will be issued in cryptocurrency equivalent to $1,995 USD, based on the USD/crypto exchange rate at the time of the original purchase.
• Refunds will be sent only to the original sending wallet address to prevent fraud.• Any blockchain gas fees, miner fees, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be delayed or restricted by blockchain conditions, technical limitations, or jurisdictional issues beyond our control.

Once a refund is issued, Lifetime Deal access will be revoked, and the customer account will be deactivated.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency used at purchase. For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are issued in crypto equivalent to the original USD purchase price at the time of the transaction. We do not compensate for currency value fluctuations before or after the refund is issued.

5. Waiver of Chargebacks & Dispute RightsCryptocurrency payments do not allow for chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes. By completing your payment via crypto, you waive all rights to initiate any chargeback or dispute through third-party platforms, banks, or other financial institutions.

6. Subscription Cancellations• Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellation of the subscription will not automatically trigger a refund unless it is within the 14-day eligibility period.
• After cancellation, no further billing will occur. Refunds are strictly limited to the 14-day eligibility period and cannot be granted after this window.

7. No Refund After 14 Days• No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Continuing to use our services after requesting a refund is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. All licenses and rights to use the service will be revoked upon refund approval.

8. Requesting a Refund

• Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email. Please provide a brief explanation for your refund request to help us improve our services.
• Once a refund is approved, access to all services and platforms will be terminated immediately.
• When requesting a refund for a cryptocurrency transaction, you must include the original wallet address used for payment and the transaction ID (TXN hash).

9. International Use and ComplianceInternational Use and Compliance By purchasing our services using any payment method, you represent and warrant that you are in compliance with your local laws and regulations. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, you agree that this transaction is governed by U.S. law and you accept full responsibility for any legal, tax, or regulatory implications of your purchase in your home jurisdiction.

10. Legal Disputes
• Any disputes related to this policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Plano, Texas. 
• Jurisdiction for Cryptocurrency TransactionsAll cryptocurrency transactions are deemed to be executed in the State of Texas, USA.

Any legal dispute related to a crypto transaction will be interpreted under U.S. law and adjudicated in courts located in Plano, Texas.
